This was quite an effort, but I was out and drove past CVS several times Saturday AND Sunday so I made the most of it and went in to get my batteries! (Missing in picture are 4 Altoids, hamburger buns, and Nilla Cakesters) Here's the breakdown:

Wow, I'm tired after all of that! I also bribed my husband into going in for 1 trip this afternoon on his card so he'll be doing all this two more times until the coupons are gone or until he gives up. So, how did you do this week? Leave me a comment and let me know!

my CVS said i had to spend $20 on the batteries to get the $15 ECBs, meaning if i purchased $20 worth of batteries but used $5 worth of coupons, that wouldn't count, because i wasn't spending $20!! how did you get away with it? please e-mail me back... nystraldjo at hotmail dot com.
CVS calculates your spending on the total before coupons, not after. Your cashier gave you incorrect information. The way I wrote this up is how all CVS stores do it. Try it out and you'll see that the extra bucks will print.
My CVS is not permitting the use of the $5 CVS coupon combined with using extra care bucks! It is ridiculous that all CVS stores are different!
