I was all set to get my $30 P&G purchase for $3 oop after Q's and am so bummed out that there is nothing about this promo in the p&g circular in my newspaper or even on the p&g website.
Anybody out there know what other stores are participating in this promo???? Frustrated in Fla.

I just called the customer service # and they said Toys R Us and Babies R Us are participating stores.
