I have the rebate form and you must buy 2 of the softsoap pumps and 1 refill.
Actually, the back of the form says "buy: two (2) products: Any One (1) Softsoap Ensembles Pump (with base) and One (1) Softsoap Ensembles Disposable base". So you just need a base and a refill. Must be purchased between 3/1/09 and 12/31/09. Tons of time to get in on this deal.
I bought mine at Kmart with super doubles using the $2 coupons from the April Reinventing Beauty magazine (doubled to $4) and made quite a profit after rebate.

There on ecoupons, which are loaded directly onto your Kroger and or CVS card, on the upromise website. The one for SoftSoap ensembles was -1.50.
