I took this survey twice, both on different computers. I answered the questions differently both times and only got one computer to print. I got two coupons from that computer by hitting the back button. Thanks for the tip!
If this is the same 2 I printed last night from another blog's link, note that the $5.00 coupon is redeemable only at Bartell Drugs. I looked it up the GUM's main site and Bartell's is in the Seattle area. That product is only available in that area, sold on line at the GUM site or through Drugstore.com the site said.
Yes, you are correct. The $5 coupon for the PerioBalance is actually only available in a few stores and Bartell Drugs is one of them. The $2 coupon is for use ANYWHERE.
If this product does become available at other stores such as CVS, you could definitely ask if they accept competitor's coupons. My CVS does.
