they don't have that the .99 bags at checkout at my store and they will not let you use the coupon on ...99 if the couon says $1
Spme Target stores will manually enter an adjustment on the coupon to override the beep. Suggest that to your cashier and if that doesn't work ask for a manager to make sure that is the official word of your store.
