Great find! I am going to try it out. After looking at the dart rebate I don't see a limit per household, does anyone else? so I could do this a couple of times for great xmas gifts?? let me know your thoughts. Thanks!

I switched computers and it's working now under redemption form. I think my laptop wasn't allowing the pop-up. :) Either way I saved the PDF, just in case.
