CVS: Softsoap Bodywash Limit Increased to 5

CVS stores in California do not have the softsoap or the blink eye drops on special. Everything else worked though!
I called my cvs and they say it's still only 1. How do you know it increased to 5 and is it for all cvs stores?
They say it's one because that is what the ad says. However, if you buy one and your coupon does not say, "limit reached" you can still buy more. The limit of 5 has been confirmed in almost all locations by hundreds of people, so it's safe to say it is the same limit (5) everywhere.
Plus, if you buy 4-5 and don't get extra bucks, you are always free to return your items.
