Good Morning! I just wanted to let everyone know that I live in Mercer County, PA and they are giving a really hard time using the 15$ off the market umbrellas. The manager even came out and said-- "then that would make it free, no way." I simply stated that it was there clearancce price and there coupon. I did make off with one, but only because he thought it was on sale for more then 15$. Who knows.
