Walgreens Deals: Week of 8/9

There is only one Walgreens here, and they refuse to take the $2.25 Ecotrin coupons when the Ecotrin is less (or any others that are even a penny more than item!). I asked if they would enter the coupon as the same price but they won't - any ideas on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks! Amanda
Well, you could call corporate. Whatever they say you'd have to live with. Possibly they could call the manager of the store and explain how to adjust the coupon. It is quite silly that they would not take the coupon, as they are sure to lose the sale. Have you asked for the manager when using a coupon that is over the price of the item?
