At 9:00 am est, the free shipping code was listed as expired. JoAnn Fabric's automated telephone is not answering.

The line is apparently very busy with people calling to get help with the free shipping. A very helpful representative placed the order for me over the phone (make sure to know exactly what you are ordering to make things go quickly) and was able to process my order with free shipping.
