My $5/5 e-coupon that I loaded onto my Kroger card did not come off! Now, I have to e-mail them all my info. and see if they'll do a credit.

The e coupon is provided by the store and the paper coupon by the manufacturer. My cashier doesn't bat an eyelash on the e-coupons.
I would not try this witout other items though. Did you have other items and other coupons?? They may question it if your total comes to ZERO
