I think they only give out 1 swagbuck for special offers anymore. After they changed to the new system in February, I used to get 3 consistently, but I have only gotten 1 each day now for the last several weeks.
I got 2 about two days ago.
I've been getting only ones lately as well :/
i tried this and when i try to do no obligation offer the swag guy pops up and says "You Are Not Authorized To View This Page!"
