Hamilton Beach Ice Cream Maker $9.99 +Shipping

I have very fond childhood memories of making ice cream with my dad on OUR birthday.  We used the old fashioned ice cream maker with the rock salt and added snow!  I am not sure if this Hamilton Beach Ice Cream Maker for $9.99 will leave such wonderful memories with my own kids, however homemade ice cream sounds really great!
