Nail Clippers are like sunglasses at my house. They're never around when you need them! If you seem to have this problem, you can stock up on Revlon clippers fairly cheap. Walmart has them $1.42 (small clippers) and $1.98 (larger clippers). Use the $1/1 Revlon Beauty Tools coupon from the 7/18 SS to get these as low as 42¢.
