Home Depot: $3 Christmas Light Trade In

Home Depot is once again offering a $3 trade-in on Christmas lights.  Bring in your old, used Christmas light strands and you'll get a coupon good for $3 off any LED Christmas lights!  This promo runs through 11/14/10.

You can trade in a total of 5 sets of lights for a total of $15.

Holiday LED lights are featured in the current ad for $5.97.  There is also a $3 off coupon good on GE LED lights here.  This might end up being a spectacular deal if both can be combined (I see no reason why they wouldn't accept both) for $6 off each GE light set!

Last year I sorted through all my light sets and put all the non working strands in a bag in anticipation of this sale.  I am looking forward to lower utility bills with these new LED lights.
