- GO HERE and choose your state (PA worked for me)
- Look for the coupon in a banner ad at the top or right (refresh if you don't see it)
- Fill out the information to receive your coupon
- Choose the email option
- Print your coupon from your email

Can't find the coupon. It takes me to Realty Trac--for foreclosed houses.
The coupon is in a banner ad onthe site. Refresh if you don't see it.
I just went there, clicked PA and saw the ad at the top of the page.

This is meant for people who have recently moved and is always available at the Lowes site...
It works! Use PA as your state in the Realty Trac site. If the coupon/Lowes ad does not appear immediately, click refresh. The coupon will appear on the right side of the screen as an ad. Click on the ad and the coupon will appear.
