Everything worked like a charm, until I submitted the order after having entered my cc information (tried pp first). On the receipt, the previous $0 total jumped to $8.42.
Maybe it only works with paypal? Can anyone confirm?
I had to contact the customer service because I was charged. They said that they would issue a refund.
I tried to pay with Paypal as well and it would not go through so I tried with my visa card and was charged $8.50
I contacted Customer Service immediately and was issued a refund. I will have to check my account in a few days to see if I do get it.
They charged me but after contacting then they immediately issued a credit! Thanks soooo much for sharing. I LOVE pictures! :)
same thing happened to me as Emily stated... after paypal didn't work I went back and entered my card info, it said my total was $0 but then my receipt said $8.60. Called customer service immediately and (after a long wait) was told they issued me a refund.
I used a cc with no problems & got a confirmation e-mail showing $0 charged.
