What's for Dinner??

We're off to an exciting four-day weekend with friends.  The MEN are in charge of the menu, grocery shopping and cooking!!  That's what I call awesome!!  I have left everything up to the men, so I won't be posting our menu.

All commenters in today's and tomorrow's "What's for Dinner?" post will be entered to win a nice envelope filled with high value and FREE coupons.  Just be sure to leave your email address with your menu in the comments.

Last of the Christmas ham and mashed potatoes with a bag of Birds Eye steamer veggies (from the cheap Birds Eye deal!). My husband started taking care of dinner the last few weeks (self-preservation) as I am getting home so late from work lately. Enjoy your break!
