What's For Dinner??

We're off to an exciting four-day weekend with friends. The MEN are in charge of the menu, grocery shopping and cooking!! That's what I call awesome!! I have left everything up to the men, so I won't be posting our menu.

All commenters in this "What's for Dinner?" post will be entered to win a nice envelope filled with high value and FREE coupons. Just be sure to leave your email address with your menu in the comments.

We do take out on FRI nights :)

The kids voted to use their coupons for McDonalds....and their fries are a yummy unhealthy treat once in awhile :)

Happy New Year everyone!

Our menu will be simple for all here, although not as great as the men taking over. I love that idea! We're having beef nachos with toppings of whatever is found in the frig. A great way to use leftover veggies and salad makings.
Homemade pecan pie later this evening.

Today will be pizza and sodas, a treat we don't enjoy very often, for our traditional New Year's Eve party. :-) creedamy[at]yahoo[dot]com

We've been eating leftovers so much, I think we'll go out and treat outselves.

Was hoping to eat out tonight for New Years, but both my husband and I are sick. So, instead we kept it simple: Strogonoff, green beans, cherry tomatoes, and sour dough bread that the neighbor brought over for us.

We had pork chops covered in paprika and left to simmer with baked potatoes and corn.
