I did the 30 Day Shred back in September-October. Sad to say I had about 5 days to go and didn't finish. My knee started bothering me, but that was because I tried to go on to the next level without really being conditioned enough. I did see results though...I lost several inches all over and lost about 8 pounds!! I plan on getting back to it soon...gotta get over this Holiday Hump first! I DO HIGHLY recommend this video though, for everyone!!
I also recommend this workout. I did it and am in the process of doing it again. There are 3 levels and you only need weights a mat and water. You choose the level that best suits you. Start with level one if you are a beginner and gradually move to level two then three. Jillian offers many workout DVD's. This is a great place to start and then move on to others. I SAY YES!
I got this for Christmas and it is fabulous!! I love that she starts with simple (not extreme) excercises. There are levels that you can advance to when you are ready. She motivates me and pushes me not to give up when I think I am gonna pass out!! =)
