We are eating leftovers for lunch and supper today and then we will start fresh tomorrow. My imagination doesn't get past shredding up your leftover pork and adding BBQ sauce for BBQ sandwiches. Hubby and kids are always happy with that.

We usually shred and add Sticky Fingers Sweet Carolina BBQ sauce. You could also shred and make tacos with it!!
