Yay, we have it - Vero Beach, FL!
Evansville, IN - the ad shows the freezer bag deal but when I went in to the north side location they had both signs out. The freezer bag deal over by all the stuff shown in the ad but then I walked down to where they keep the breakfast Smart Ones and there was the $5 gift card when you buy 7 freezer items sign. It was my stores mistake but they honored both in my case since I pointed it out, so I bought 21 Smart Ones, got 3 of the freezer bags and $15 Target gift cards. :)
