What's For Dinner??

I had an unexpected free weekend and did some long awaited shopping and stockpiling, cooking, and cleaning.  I did several weeks worth of grocery shopping and planned my menus for the next two weeks.  This should help with my schedule as we have a very busy schedule until the end of February with swim team.

Monday's Menu:
