you're lucky! our cvs doesnt carry those small bags! =(
I dropped by my local CVS in Northern NJ. Saw the small bags of chips that normally go for 99 cents. The shelf tag also said 99 cents, so I didn't pick up any.
By "unadvertised" I still assumed that there would be some in-store marker, right? Just not in the flyer.

nope, they are .99 in the Millbrook, Al store, with no ecb - I scanned them to make sure. I guess it's just a regional deal - boo!
