The Giant Eagle circular says that you have to buy $12 in participating Edy's or Drumstick products in a single transaction. You would have to buy 10 of the shakes to get the $4 off.
No, actually it is going by shelf price. So the catalina is going to print when you reach the shelf price, which is over $12.
