Reader Lana has reminded me of the corresponding B1G1 Steamfresh wyb Voila Family Size, exp. 5-31-11 from the recent 4/10 SmartSource. You should be able to use both coupons together, however this depends on your store and cashier.

There is an insert coupon that goes with this-get a free family size bag of frozen veggies WYB the family size Voila. I have no idea of the price, hopefully there will be a good sale to go with the Q's.

Mine was a $1/1 not $3
I used both coupons last night at Target in VA. The meals were $3.79. So it ended up being $.79 for both the meal & the free veggie (up to 2.99). The most expensive I found was $1.97.
