We're going to be eating on the run tonight with three different practices going on.  We're going to keep it super simple.

I have had 3 days off from cooking dinner! Yahoo! So, I thought it was about time I get back into the kitchen.

Hot cabbage slaw
Steamed red skin potatoes
glazed carrots (little guy won't touch the hot slaw)

Hubby is taking me out for seafood! I cooked all weekend and had a big crowd for Sunday dinner so yeah for a night out!
