We have a night off from running and chaos!  I actually get to stay home and cook a meal and we all get to eat together!  Yay!

I'm going to recycle leftover ham from Sunday dinner into scalloped potatoes with ham, we'll also use up the leftover veggies and salad from Sunday dinner, plus some rolls.

Recycled........love it!
make your own chicken fajitas w/ all the fillings (cheese, sauteed peppers/onions, beans, sour cream, guac, salsa, etc). This is by afar my kids favorite meal. They like the "make your own" part.
