I'm cleaning out the fridge & freezer tonight. If anyone has a really good recipe for stuffed peppers, please let me know. Mine is OK & certainly not a winner with the youngest.

I have been outside ALL day working in the yard as the weather is beautiful (nothing I would rather do than play in the dirt) so I am doing an easy meal on the grill.
