LifeScan is also offering a FREE One Touch Ultra Diabetes Meter to those who qualify. I signed up for this last month on behalf of my father-in-law, but have not heard back yet. The form is very simple and quick to fill out.

I signed up for it but i got an error at the last page so i didnt know if i got it or not. A little while later i checked my junk folder and found an email that said i could pick it up with that email at any pharmacy with a drs prescription. I dont have insurance so idk if i want to pay for the drs visit just to get a free meter lol
