Tyson is giving back to Moms when you make specific Tyson purchase through May 31.  Submit your rebate to Tyson and get FREE stuff!

1.Purchase Tyson® Chicken Nuggets and/or Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips, during the promotional period, May 1, 2011 through May 31, 2011.

     a.  Purchase 1 (one) qualifying product and receive a Free KODAK Photo Book.
     b.  Purchase 2 (two) qualifying products and receive a Free Fun Pass.
     c.  Purchase 3 (three) qualifying products and receive a Free Salon Treatment.
2. Visit the Redeem tab in order to print your Redemption Form. You will need your UPC code(s) to access the form.
3. Mail the completed form along with your original receipt(s) (copies not accepted) with qualified participating product(s) highlighted to:
