I was informed today that I could not use a b1g1 coupon on a b1g1 deal. Also the mgr said rr would not be given if a coupon was used. Well the rr did print but she would nor let me use my b1g1 even though the policy states that as long as the coupon does not bring the value below zero it can be used. How do you approach this? I just told them to put the product back I didn't want it.
There are several ways you could approach it. If you think they don't understand the policy, you could copy it and take it with you the next time. You could call corporate and explain the situation. Or you could shop at another store.
Or you could choose to live with it.
