What's for dinner is my daily post and reminder to myself that though we are busy, we need to eat at home. Eating at home is not only healther, it is certainly much cheaper! A family of FIVE like mine can easily spend $50 on dinner at a restaurant.

Hubs is working late & one kid is sick, which is creating lots of unexpected laundry to do! Blows my workday to bits! Looking for ease tonight: Probably mac & cheese from a box, melon & veggies/dip or steamed broccoli.

Tonight's dinner was General Tso's chicken over rice with stir fried veggies. Well, that was hubby's and son's dinner. I'm on the hcg diet so mine was 100 g of beef, a tomato and a beautiful fuji apple.
