What's for Dinner??

Our evening schedule will depend on the weather.  We've got baseball practice and a softball game tonight.  I'm shooting for an easy meal that will feed some at 4:30 and others at 6:30 or later.  The younsters are getting picky these days.

Sweet & Sour Turkey Meatballs  (check it out!)
Rice
Possible Fruit Pizza (if time allows)

I'll be cheating and using frozen turkey meatballs and tossing the sauce over them in the crock pot.

What's on your menu?  Share your meal plans and you could win a $5 Amazon e-Gift card!  Be sure to leave your email address along with your comment.

I'm going to call hubby at work and tell him we should go out tonight. It may be our last night without kids home for awhile as another college kid gets home on Thursday. Gotta grab those date nights when we can! Have to check my restaurant coupons and find a deal. I still have birthday freebies in my inbox that expire in a few days.

Another cold and rainy day so we are going to try to brighten our evening with a pasta primavera. I will use a container of Kraft cream that I was able to pick up for free with coupon. Hopefully the fresh and colorful veggies will take some of the rainy day blahs away.

We live in south Alabama and are getting lots of fresh vegetables. We had hamburger steak w/gravy, corn on the cob, fresh green beans, and mashed potatoes. I love this time of year!!
