The chaos continues. We are having some work done in our kitchen today, so cooking dinner is out of the question. I made everything ahead. This could go on for days on end :(

Ham balls are something I had never heard of until I married my husband. I first thought they were the strangest thing.
The meat comes like ground beef, but it is ground ham and pork. You can either make ham loaf or ham balls (like meatballs or meatloaf).
Hamloaf mix is a really popular thing where I live. Grocery stores sell it but there are two competing local companies that mainly sell just ham loaf.
We like it plain but it is also great with a brown sugar and vinegar sauce.
It is something you learn to like :) if you husband loves it. LOL
