How does this work? Essentially, CVS is giving you one free and the manufacturer is giving you the other free. My CVS is smart enough to know that they don't lose any money on this deal because they get the money from the manufacturer, and they are happy to take any and all BOGO coupons.
Of course, this is always up to the individual manager's discretion.

Awesome! Thanks for the heads up! My CVS will take a BOGO coupon on a BOGO sale anytime, so I should be good to go. I'm planning to go Saturday night so that I can do this week's deals and next week's together. That way I'll easily have $40 worth for the $5/$40 I got at the machine!
