What is Tippr?
Tippr is a daily deal site that offers great deals when lots of people choose to snag the deal. The concept is much like Groupon. When they get enough people to buy, they get a better deal. Each day a new deal will be available.

It wouldnt let me select a city and then wanted me to download a MIME file that my computer didnt know how to open. Did it do this to anyone else?
