Walmart: Scotch Paper Cutters $1 each, AC

I stopped by Walmart yesterday and noticed a display of Scotch products with the Christmas displays in large cardboard bins.  Scotch Tape Dispenser 3-packs and Scotch Paper Cutters are $3 each.

If you have any of the $2/1 Scotch Paper Cutter tearpads or peelies from last year around Christmas, you'll pay just $1 each after the coupon!  The tearpads and peelies do not expire.
