Let's face it, meal planning saves you time, money and a great deal of frustration. Being on the run most nights of the week with my kids, I have vowed to keep our meals healthy by planning ahead and avoiding the McDonald's drive thru!
We have fallen of the wagon a bit this weekend, so it's my job to get us back on track! Here is the meal plan for tonight:
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Whole Grain Brown & White Rice mix
Green Beans
Applesauce

steak/green beans/noodles.
We had pork chops on the grill last night, with a few left over. I think I'm going to chop them up and use them in quesadillas with some cheese...top them with salsa and sour cream...yum:)
