We are having sloppy joes...we mix a can of corn in the sloppy joe mix for a little extra color and of course the veggie factor!

I've got chicken in the crockpot with cream cheese, cream of chicken soup and powdered ranch dressing. I'll be making some pasta and steaming veggies to go with it.

The chicken dish sounds really good! I had a new chicken/rice dish on the menu tonight, but a sore throat took over. So my hubby made the kids frozen pizza and me soup. Yum!
