What's For Dinner??

With the holidays upon us and even busier schedules, I'm focused on feeding my family at home rather than making a convenient stop at McDonalds (or elsewhere) for dinner. We have a CRAZY, busy schedule this week and I want to remain on track.

Here is my Tuesday Menu Plan:
Chili in the Crock Pot with Rice
Biscuits
Fruit

What's on your menu for the day?

I'm thinking of giving my grandma's pork w/apricot sauce a try. Too bad I can't find a recipe on google. I'll have to bug mom.

Instead of pork loin, I got two boneless porkchops from the store.

I'm also going to make homemade applesauce and some kraft homestyle mac & cheese.

I'm trying new things to use the deep dish covered baker that I just got from Pampered Chef. Tonight was grilled chicken penne, carrots, cherry applesauce jello and garlic bread.

If any of your have one of these bakers and have a great meal to fix in it I am all ears!
