I just tried it and it says "not valid"
I read that it is not valid on toys only clothes/shoes. Haven't tried it yet because the site is moving slowly.

There's apparently a minimum required. I'm getting this error message when I try to use it on a $9.99 item, "Minimum purchase amount is not met for the promotional discount."
Dorthy, I recieved this same offer in the mail today. It says you save $10 on any order of $10 or more.
it was super slow but I tried much later and it was A LOT better...I got my mom a couple of christmas presents she will love for only 3 dollars out of my pocket! thanks for the deals :)
They turned it into a 20% coupon... and you have to use your JCP card to even get it.
Just tried to use the GIVEJOY code and it is now for only 20% off when you use your JCP card
