What's for Dinner??

With the holidays upon us and even busier schedules, I'm focused on feeding my family at home rather than making a convenient stop at McDonalds (or elsewhere) for dinner. We have a CRAZY, busy schedule this week and I want to remain on track.

Swedish Meatballs
Noodles
Green Beans
Fruit

I'm trying to find a use for the leftover applesauce and mac & cheese from yesterday. I'm thinking of busting out the "tangy beef" recipe from my old campbells cookbook. I remember it involving roast beef from the deli, tomato soup, and wostershire sauce - all of which I have on hand.
