Target Mobile coupons are coupons you receive via your web-enabled phone. Sign-up here for Target Mobile Coupons. It will  take 1-2 weeks to get your first coupons on your phone. Once you get your coupons on your mobile phone, purchase your items and show your cashier the coupon bar code on your phone for them to scan.
