FYI - I did the Crest ProHealth / Oral B Toothbrush scenario this morning and the catalina didn't print. I'm not sure what the problem was, but the ad does say 'selected varieties of Crest Prohealth'. I bought the normal (not night-time) blue and green. Only 1 bottle had the bonus bottle.
I got a $10 gc (which is actually better for me because I'm going on vacation this week and won't have to rush to spend it before it expires).
Just be careful.
Some stores -- Paducah, KY for certain -- only issue Catalinas based on the AFTER coupon price. Stinks, but that's how they roll. :(
I tried the crest/oral-b scenario yesterday. The $2.99 toothbrushes are the Indicator variety, not the Advantage. Instead I bought 2 of the manual pulsar TB's @ $6.99 each. I used a $2 off 1 q and the B1G1 free q. Total with tax was $11.06 The catalina did not print and the cashier checked the machine, no paper. I went to cs for help. They refunded me the $$ then sent me to a different cashier to re-ring. This time I did get the $10 coupon, but as a CRT, not from the catalina machine.
First, I want to thank you for sharing this.
But I do want to warn your readers... if you get a card and try to use it at the same time then it doesn't work. It takes "Awhile" for it to work, and when the surly cashier tells you that it went through, make sure you check your receipt.
Also, bring the printout of the coupon deal and the one that says your store is participating - when I was returning all of my stuff I'd just bought, the girl at customer service had no clue what I was talking about.
This was my first time trying to do a KMart deal, and it will be my last. Hopefully I'll be able to cancel my membership in this rewards program too!
