What's For Dinner??

I'm testing out a new recipe from the Gooseberry Patch Slow-Cookers, Casseroles & Skillets Cookbook today.  I'm hoping it will be a good one.  The meal is my husband's favorite, however I've never made it quite this way!

Mushroom Beef Roast with Carrots & Potatoes in the Crockpot (page 55, Slow-Cookers, Casseroles & Skillets)
Fruit Medley with whipped cream
