TGIF! We're looking forward to the weekend and the possibility of grilling at least one meal this weekend! We LOVE grilling meals on our outdoor gas grill. YUM!

I have a good bit if leftover scalloped potatoes from a few nights ago so I will reheat those and I will marinate some chicken breasts in Italian dressing and bake them. Plus a veggie of some sort and a green salad with strawberries for dessert.
Oh I forgot about that pampered chef recipe. I have that little cookbook. Gotta go find it. Sounds yummy.
We're having Chinese General chicken. recipe from food.com Its a WW recipe so I'll probably change it alittle. Maybe not.
