Here are the best deals in produce at Aldi this week. Keep in mind produce prices may vary slightly by region. Most produce at Aldi beats the prices at Walmart and grocery chains by half, saving you quite a bit when you add up the savings at the end of the year. I highly recommend finding out when your Aldi store receives their produce for the freshest and best variety.
Green Pepper 2-pack $.99
3-lb Bag of Onions $.99
Tomatoes 3-pack $.99
Zucchini 3-pack $.99
The more I shop at Aldi the more I find I like. Last week I picked up black beans at $.55 per can, compared to $.98 at Walmart. Pan spray (like Pam) is only $1.29 and I don't see any difference. Olive Oil is much cheaper at Aldi. Deli style pizzas, rice cakes, and pretzels are far cheaper than name brands at Aldi and taste just as good.
What are your favorite items at Aldi?

I like the following:
~Gorgonzola cheese crumbles (keep it in the freezer for salads)
~Animal crackers (taste like old mcdonaldland cookies to me)
~Canned whipped topping
Tried their baked beans (too smokey for my family) & jarred peaches (very mushy for us).
HEard their cereals are made by Gen Mills & their wine is great for cooking. Never tried either though.
Restaurant style tortilla chips are very thin and crispy and so cheap!
Flour tortillas-not as good as Mission but just fine
My daughter buys their wine for cooking and her hubby is full blooded Sicilian and very picky about things like that.
Half and half is a great price-32 oz for 1.59
Frozen lemonade concentrate at 69 cents-mix the can with 7 cans of water and 1/2 cup sugar and it is excellent!
