What's for Dinner??

Each week I plan my meals ahead and share my dinner menu to encourage you to save money by planning ahead.  Let's face it, we are all busy people and it would be easy to grab take-out or prepackaged foods.  Neither are healthy or  cost effective.

We're playing dinner by ear tonight.  I am hoping to grill some marinated chicken breasts.  It will all depend on the construction going on in my kitchen.   The heat wave has finally ended.

Marinated Chicken Breast Sandwiches
Grilled Fresh Pineapple
Sweet Potato Fries (??)

So glad the heat wave is over for your area! I can't imagine those temps w/o AC! We will only be 90 today and then the temps go back up.

No imagination tonight--just getting them fed.
