I made my first trip to CVS this week! I accomplished 3 things. First, I was able to get everything pictured above and made $3 in ECB. I used a raincheck for the Post Cereal from a previous week's deal.
---
Second, I was able to get the ReadyFill coupon booklet with lots of valuable coupons to use on my CVS trips now through September 12!
---
Lastly, I knew I would not be able to do the Electrasol deal because my CVS rarely has more than 2-3 boxes on the shelf at a time. They were happy to write me a raincheck, order me 5 boxes, and if my coupons expire before they arrive, they will still be honored.

Where are you shopping this week?

Thanks for the Electrasol idea. My CVS was out, so I got a raincheck. I think I'll speak with the manager about ordering them for me and honoring my coupons. Thanks!
Another blogger reported that the $10 ECB printed for them even thought they only bought 2 boxes, so you might try it. You can always pick up the other 3 when they restock (or from another store).
I was going to order Electrasol coupons too, but I knew I 'd have the same problem with them not having enough in stock. Instead of getting a raincheck and hoping they had enough in stock before the coupons expire, I came up with another scenario to still get it free just using the 2 coupons I had: http://www.thedealscoop.com/2009/08/cvs-deals-for-august-2-8.html
At CVS, your Extra Care Card keeps track of the items you purchase. So with the Electrasol deal, you can purchase one here and one there; as long as you get the amount before the deal is over you'll get the ECB.
Anon,
Yes, that is correct. However some of us are not as lucky as others. My next closest CVS is 25 miles away and just not worth the drive!
